Hi I'm Natalie! I’m a birth doula and childbirth educator, and my role is to support families through pregnancy and birth, with personal, informed, and practical care. Birth is unpredictable, and many parents enter it unsure of what to expect or how they will handle the intensity of labor. As a doula, I’m there to help you navigate that experience in real time - offering continuous emotional support, practical tools, and a calm presence throughout your birth. I support you with comfort measures, guidance with movement and positioning, and helping you stay grounded as labor progress. My support is flexible - I can be hands-on or more in the background, based on what feels right for you. I also support your partner, giving them clear ways to be involved and confident in how they help you. My approach is to respect and support your choices. I don’t have an agenda for how your birth should look. Whether you’re planning a medicated or unmedicated birth, or your plans change along the way, I’m there to help you feel informed, supported, and able to make decisions that feel right for you. I also help you understand what’s happening during labor and what your options are, so you can feel less overwhelmed and more capable of making an informed decisions. A big part of my support is emotional. Having someone by your side who knows you, understands your preferences, and can help you stay connected to yourself in the moment can make a meaningful difference in how you experience your birth. Ultimately, my role is to walk alongside you, offering reassurance and practical support, so you can move through birth feeling confident and empowered.

I cannot begin to express how amazing Natalie was throughout our journey. Before our first home visit, my husband and I didn't know what to expect when welcoming someone into our home to talk about something so intimate and foreign. Upon meeting Natalie, we felt as though we had been friends for a while and we instantly felt comfortable. Not only did she answer our questions, some far fetched, she also asked us questions that would help prepare us for labor and shared so much knowledge at every visit. I went into labor 8 days early so we missed our last meeting, which would have been preparing for the actual labor. Natalie arrived at the hospital when I was 3cm dilated and ready to go. She followed my birth plan, made sure the nurses and midwife knew what it was and reminded me of my pregnancy affirmations throughout every contraction. Even when I was in pain, she was encouraging and provided different techniques. She never overshadowed my husband and offered suggestions on how he could be helpful as well. We both felt so comfortable having her in the room during such a vulnerable time. Her energy throughout the whole process was amazing and I'm beyond thankful she was a part of my pregnancy journey and couldn't have done this without her.

I’m a Los Angeles-based birth doula — also a wife, mother and dog-parent. My mission as a doula is to support & empower each client as they prepare for birth, guided by intuition, self-awareness, comfort + evidence-based knowledge. I trained at Bini Birth in 2022, and have spent the years since deepening my learning and preparing to support all types of births — including through my own birth prep (baby Elie joined us in 2024!). My path to this work likely began when I was 8 years old, attending the births of my nieces — though I didn’t know it then. Knowing now about the impact of doula-care, I’m so grateful for the opportunity to nurture my clients in their big threshold moments. When I’m not obsessing over the miracles of pregnancy and birth, I’m working on projects related to community, ritual, rites of passage and belonging — drawing on ancient wisdom as an antidote to modern loneliness (@OneTable). I’m passionate about helping my clients define and realize their intentions around birth, weaving that intention into the preparation process so they can approach their birth experience with clarity, confidence, and a real sense of empowerment.

Dani is a pillar of love and support. She exemplifies a calm, nurturing presence no matter the circumstances, which always helps me feel at peace. She is an excited and attentive listener, always more than willing to lend an ear, talk things out, or offer thoughtful advice. Dani is an outstanding doula because of her genuine care, attention, and intelligence.

Hi, I’m Maia! I’m a Los Angeles based certified and dedicated birth and postpartum doula, committed to empowering families through pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond. I began my journey with a strong desire to help women from all walks of life. This passion gradually evolved into a keen interest in pregnancy and childbirth, sparking my aspiration to become a midwife. While currently pursuing my degree, I realized I couldn't wait any longer to start supporting women during their pregnancies. Alongside my passion, I bring qualities like willingness, compassion, empathy, dedication, patience, understanding, and adaptability that I believe are crucial for helping women. So, I took action and became a certified birth doula. Now, here we are—you're looking for a doula, and I'm hoping we can work together and share the incredible journey to parenthood. I believe pregnancy and childbirth are the most precious gifts and miracles entrusted to women. It's an intimate and emotional ceremony that will forever be the most unforgettable and transformative experiences in your life. I also believe that childbirth is a natural process, perfectly suited to our bodies. While our bodies know how to give birth, they also rely on our mindfulness and awareness. That's where I come in. Together, we'll listen to your body, your desires, and your feelings, allowing them to guide us through the ups and downs of pregnancy and childbirth. What feels right for you is the right path for your journey. Together, we'll overcome any obstacles that arise and make informative decisions that align with your vision for your birth. I’m here to guide, advocate, and support you every step of the way as you embark on this beautiful journey of welcoming your new little one into the world. With Love, Maia
