Without Shelly, I don’t know how I would have gotten through it. She was such a strong support system during my labor, and the messages and techniques she used while I was having contractions helped manage the pain so much—they made it far more tolerable. Even after childbirth, she continued to be there for me, helping with anything I needed. I know that if I ever have any questions or need support, she will always be there to assist me. I feel truly blessed to have had such an amazing doula throughout my pregnancy journey.

Shelly helped me process my past unresolved birth trauma to prepare for my next birth in such a sensitive and patient way, taking into consideration the mind and body connection. She was able to accommodate me through in person and virtual visits late in the evening. She helped me write down my birth preferences and was a tremendous support during labor, providing counter pressure and massage, staying by my side throughout the entire experience. Shelly brought with her such a good feminine energy. She was very supportive and listened carefully to all my needs I liked the team work that we created with her and my partner and the hospital stuff during the labor.
