Without Shelly, I don’t know how I would have gotten through it. She was such a strong support system during my labor, and the messages and techniques she used while I was having contractions helped manage the pain so much—they made it far more tolerable. Even after childbirth, she continued to be there for me, helping with anything I needed. I know that if I ever have any questions or need support, she will always be there to assist me. I feel truly blessed to have had such an amazing doula throughout my pregnancy journey.

Shelly helped me process my past unresolved birth trauma to prepare for my next birth in such a sensitive and patient way, taking into consideration the mind and body connection. She was able to accommodate me through in person and virtual visits late in the evening. She helped me write down my birth preferences and was a tremendous support during labor, providing counter pressure and massage, staying by my side throughout the entire experience. She is very professional with the hospital staff and a highly experienced doula. Looking forward to working with her again!

Shelly is an outstanding doula! However she’s more than just a doula, she’s a friend, mentor, and a guidance figure for many! Shelly personally helped me when I was giving birth to my son. Shelly brought with her such a good feminine energy. She was very supportive and listened carefully to all my needs I liked the team work that we created with her and my partner and the hospital stuff during the labor. She has loving hands for massage as well and in some point it felt like we have a small party which was great!

Idk how I would have managed without Shelly! She truly advocated for me, and got the hospital staff to allow mr to move around to manage the pain. She created the calmest, most peaceful atmosphere possible for a labor room and made the whole experience so much easier to cope with.
