About me

I am a recently Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula with three kids of my own. I am also a Certified Chef. I am located in Evanston, IL. I believe in empowering women and helping them make their own choices. I love working with new and experienced parents to have them feel as comfortable and at ease as possible. I don't want to judge your decisions; rather, I want to help and support you in them. I also know that parents need help after the baby is born as well. I am there to help in that journey, whether it is helping with the baby, cooking, laundry, or any other tasks.

Services include newborn care routine assistance, nighttime feeding guidance, and home organization. A unique aspect of my care is culinary support. As a Kendall College graduate (Culinary Arts & Baking & Pastry), I assist with meal planning, prepare nourishing dishes, and organize kitchens for a calm environment. I tailor all support to your unique needs following an initial consultation. I am also a proud mom of three!

I provide a blend of physical, emotional, and practical assistance to ease the transition to parenthood. Total Hours Included: 20 hours of daytime support Suggested Schedule: Five 4-hour visits, scheduled at your convenience during the first 4-6 weeks postpartum.

This package is designed for new parents who want to focus entirely on rest and bonding while ensuring they have a supply of healthy, chef-prepared food delivered to their home. Service Type: In-home meal preparation or delivery of ready-to-heat meals. Estimated Package Price: Per Visit: $300 - $450 per visit (plus the cost of groceries) for approximately 3-4 visits over two weeks. Weekly Subscription: $500 - $1,000+ per week (plus groceries) for extensive meal coverage.
