My name is Lizzy, I'm a prenatal, birth, and postpartum doula. I'm also a yoga instructor and a certified personal trainer, baby registry Specialist and a lactation coach. I have 4 wonderful kids and after 4 completely different births, I believe every woman deserves a doula and have the best positive birth experience possible. As a doula I serve expecting mothers when they need a companion, a voice and someone that can advocate for them when they can’t.
