Amazing experience with Tracy and the team (Octavia, Nikita, Luna) . We needed two different services at different times. First time we needed day time support for general house help a few weeks post-partum and Octavia was amazing. On time, knowledgeable and got stuff done! The second time we needed night doula for sometime to take care of the baby while we caught some rest. Nikita and Luna had been fabulous ! Caring, knowledgeable and very good at taking care of the baby. Ours was bit gassy and fussy but they helped him sleep through the night and we learned new ways to comfort our baby too. And of course, Tracy (owner) has been amazing through the journey. Professional and caring. Both the times we needed help for an unplanned situation and Tracy got back within the same day.

I reached out to Tracy from Boboto Doula to book postpartum care (day and night) and I am so grateful I did because WOW! What a difference it has made in my healing. As a second-time, repeat C-section mom, I knew what kind of support I would need as I didn’t have any during my first and Boboto Doula delivered and more! Amanda was my daytime doula and she was amazing. She truly supported me in all ways that I needed and I don’t think I could have healed the way I did without her support. Amanda is highly intuitive to one’s needs; she just knew what needed to be done without me mentioning or asking. Amanda was also amazing at supporting me emotionally, she is very kind, supportive and truly established a safe space for me and all that comes with being in postpartum. Amanda being an RMT was a wonderful addition due to her knowledge in how to care for one’s body. Luna was my primary nighttime doula and had it not been for her, I don’t think I would’ve healed at the pace that I did from my C-section. Getting long stretches of sleep is unheard of during the newborn phase but I was able to get those long stretches because Luna provided that care for him and ultimately for me. Luna is extremely kind, gentle and went above and beyond in supporting my recovery. I was anxious at first about my baby being “away” (he was just in the other room haha) during the night, but Luna’s experience and confidence assured me that I can rest while he is being taken care of. Jenny came in during the weekend nights for overnight doula support and she was also so great in helping me get rest and to recover. She is very knowledgeable given her nursing background which gave us ease while she took care of our baby. I also appreciated that Jenny would sent a message in the morning that provided detailed notes of how the night went; this gave me peace of mind and an insight to how my baby does during the night. My family and I are very grateful for Amanda, Luna, Jenny, Tracy and the Boboto Doula Team for their care, support and overall just being amazing during my early postpartum period. I highly recommend!

I found Tracy through some Reddit comments about doulas in Toronto, and I’m so glad I did. She was honestly incredible. From the very beginning, she made me and my husband feel so comfortable and prepared. She came over for about a 3–4 hour in-person session where she walked us through an amazing slideshow, did exercises with us, and made the whole thing fun, engaging, and super educational. Throughout my pregnancy she was always there whenever I had questions, which gave me so much peace of mind in between OB appointments. And when it came time to deliver my son, Aristotle, she was right there by my side the whole time. I was lucky to have a smooth delivery, but Tracy’s support during contractions really helped keep me settled and calm. The most amazing surprise was that she recorded a video of my delivery without me even asking. something I hadn’t thought of at all, and now it’s one of the most precious things I’ll ever have🥹❤️ I’ll be forever grateful for that. Tracy is so supportive, knowledgeable and kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better doula experience and will definitely be hiring her again for my next pregnancy (God willing!).

Tracy was (and is) an absolute blessing for our entire pregnancy/birth journey! From the beginning, she did an amazing job building rapport with my husband and me and made us feel so comfortable with her. She gave us such a memorable prenatal birth class that helped us feel prepared for what was to come. Then after birth, she guided me and my baby on how to latch and breastfeed. She provided virtual support right after birth to ensure we were all okay, and then visited us in person to help us settle with our baby. She gave him a bath and massage, and made him feel so at ease. We continue to use her techniques with our son because he loves it. She continuously provided check-ins via texts from day one, and still offers her support and wealth of knowledgeafter birth. I didn't know to ask for this but am so grateful to have had this support. We were very lucky to have work insurance coverage that is compatible with Tracy's services. Check your insurance to see if you have coverage too! Even if we didn't have coverage, Tracy's support would have been well worth it. Run don't walk to book Tracy as your post-partum doula (and do it well in advance of your anticipated birth, she books up fast!) I truly cannot recommend Tracy enough - she is such a special individual. Somehow Tracy got the exact balance right between proactively and reactively anticipating our needs and really being there for us (all with a smile and a great sense of humour), while also maintaining professionalism and giving us space. She's extremely intuitive and an excellent listener, always seeking to understand our needs, cultural backgrounds and preferred parenting approaches before providing guidance. We learned so much from Tracy during her 6 weeks with us - from breastfeeding support at all hours of the night, baths, much needed sleep support, baby wearing instruction and so much more, Tracy's expertise was evident throughout. When she left, we were so sad to see her go but we felt so confident in the skills we learned from her. Tracy was also a trusted and compassionate friend as I navigated PPD. She intuitively knew when I was feeling off and always checked in on me and offered support and guidance at exactly the right times. I felt very cared for as a first time mom and will truly never forget Tracy's kindness during that difficult period. She constantly did small, kind gestures which she didn't have to do, which meant so much to two exhausted new parents - like picking up bananas for us unsolicited when we didn't have time so we could make sure we had our morning smoothies, bringing me special teas and hydration drinks, and buying distilled water for our sterilizer when she knew we wouldn't have the time. Post-partum/the "fourth trimester" is a tough time for new parents - I can't overstate how foundational to our well-being Tracy was during that time. We will never forget the pivotal role Tracy played in our journey and would recommend her wholeheartedly to any expecting parents. If we have another child, we will absolutely be booking Tracy!

Tracy is incredible. Our baby had the longest stretches of sleep when she was over and saved gave me and my husband hours back in sleep.
