Labour package: 2 prenatal education sessions, birth support from when you need me until baby is 1-2 hours old, one postpartum visit and text support until baby is six weeks old. Postpartum support: flexible hours, 4 hour minimum in the day, 8 hour minimum overnight. Feeding support, sleeping support, teaching, and light housekeeping. Prenatal education: comprehensive, fun, and interactive! Learn how love is at the center of birth and parenting with the power of hormones! Practice contractions and breastfeeding ahead of time. Feel confident and prepared.
