Hello my name is Samantha and I am a queer doula looking to support queer and BIPOC families in the Sacramento area. I’ve been a nanny for over a decade and decided to make the switch to birth work at the beginning of 2024. I started my training in March and have been working solely in postpartum but plan to also offer fertility and birth support in the near future. Looking forward to connecting and bringing you support!

Postpartum support

With postpartum support I offer assistance with bathing, baby wearing, feeding support, assistance with routine and sleep schedules, meal prepping, washing bottles and pump parts, and much more!

$45 USD · Per hour

Birth support

I will help you create a birth plan, I will provide birth support, create and calm and comfortable birthing environment, and provide information and confidence so you can make informed decisions and advocate for the birth you want.

$1,700 USD · Flat rate

What to expect

The services I currently provide are birth and postpartum support services. For birth support this includes birth plans, setting up a comfortable environment for your birth, supporting you through birth, and giving you the information and confidence to advocate for what you want. In postpartum I provide assistance with bathing, baby wearing, feeding support, assistance with routine and sleep schedules, meal prepping, washing bottles and pump parts, and much more!
