With a calm, nurturing presence and a compassionate heart, I provide non-judgmental emotional support, practical assistance, and gentle guidance to help you feel confident, rested, and truly cared for during this important chapter. Based in the Peel Region (Brampton), I’m a proud first-generation Canadian with roots in Central and South America. Fluent in Spanish, I bring a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and a natural ability to connect with families from all backgrounds. I strive to offer care that honors your unique traditions, values, and needs. Your well-being is at the heart of my work. Grounded in a plant-based, holistic lifestyle, I offer evidence-informed, whole-person care that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit. As a dedicated foodie, I also provide light meal prep, so you have nourishing snacks and simple meals at your fingertips—fueling your recovery and helping you feel supported in small, meaningful ways.
