Birth Support
As your birth doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy and labor. I’ll work with you to create a birth plan that reflects your wishes and preferences, and I’ll be by your side during labor to offer continuous support—whether it’s through comforting touch, breathing techniques, or simply being a calm presence. My goal is to ensure you feel confident, informed, and empowered every step of the way. ✓ 2 Prenatal appointments ✓ Unlimited text and phone support and On Call after 37 wks ✓ Continuous labor support ✓ Breastfeeding assistance ✓ 1 Postpartum vis
Postpartum Care
After your baby arrives, I’ll assist with postpartum care, offering guidance on newborn care, breastfeeding support, and helping you adjust to your new family dynamic. Together, we’ll make sure your birth experience is as positive and fulfilling as possible. Services for postpartum parents 0-6 months. ✓ Lactation and bottle feeding support ✓ Newborn care support ✓ Light housekeeping and meal prep ✓ Belly binding and postpartum care for birthing person ✓ Baby care while you rest
Comprehensive Birth and Postpartum Support
This INCLUDES the Birth Doula Package. In addition, there will be 4 postpartum visits at 3 hours each which will be tailored to the needs of the family. MAY INCLUDE: ✓ Lactation/feeding support ✓ Talking through and processing your birth ✓ Help with postpartum recovery ✓ Newborn care support ✓ Light housekeeping and meal prep
Adoption Support
As your adoption doula, I’m here to offer compassionate support and guidance throughout your adoption journey. Whether you're a birth parent or an adoptive family, I’ll help you navigate the emotional and practical aspects of adoption with care and understanding. I provide emotional support during the decision-making process, assist with creating a plan that aligns with your needs, and offer resources to help you prepare for the transition. Throughout the adoption process, I’ll be your ally, offering a listening ear, advocacy, and a steady presence. After placement, I continue to support you through the emotional adjustments, helping everyone involved feel heard, valued, and prepared for the next steps. My goal is to empower you, reduce stress, and ensure that the adoption experience is positive, respectful, and filled with love. ✓ 2 in person meetings pre-adoption ✓ Birth support if birthing parent ✓ 2 post adoption meetings ✓ Bottle feeding and lactation support if adoptive parent ✓ Facilitate attachment parenting if adoptive parent ✓ Emotional support and education
