Service introduction

As your doula, my goal is to walk with you through each stage of your journey—starting with prenatal care. I help you understand your changing body, support you in preparing mentally and physically for birth, and offer gentle movement, massage, and yoga practices tailored to your comfort. These final weeks of pregnancy are so sacred, and I focus on helping you slow down, relieve stress, and pour back into yourself. Whether that’s guiding you through self-care routines, offering emotional support, or helping you pack, clean, or prepare your space for baby—I’m here to lighten the load and help you feel empowered, relaxed, and ready. When it’s time to give birth—whether virtually or in person—I’m by your side as an advocate, educator, and calming presence. My role is to support you (and your partner, if applicable) in a way that feels aligned with your birth vision. From comfort measures and emotional reassurance to informed decision-making, I follow your lead and make sure you feel seen, respected, and supported throughout. In postpartum, I offer both virtual and in-person support, depending on your needs. Virtual care can be especially helpful for new moms—you don’t have to clean up, you can stay in bed, and still receive guidance, encouragement, and support. I can help you cook nourishing meals, care for your home, process your birth experience, and gently guide you into motherhood through self-care, rest, and real support. This is about helping you feel like you again—and you don’t have to do it alone.
