Hi!! Welcome! Brandi Kiesling here! I know how overwhelming it can be as a first-time parent, especially with a new life in the house!! I'm here to say, "I gotchu!" Helping out with newborn care, diaper changes, bottle or body feeding assistance, light housekeeping, baby laundry, full overnight baby care so you and your partner getting the eight hour sleep you deserve (my fave), emotional support, meal prep and resource guidance. I follow Dr. Harvey Karp, world reknowned pediatrcian to the stars and follow the 5 S's. Soothe, Swaddle, Side-Stomach position, Shush, Swing and Suck. Continuing the nine-month environment your baby has been acclimated to, continues outside the womb the first three months of birth.

Brandi was our son’s night nurse for the first week of his life. Exhausted and sore, I arrived home from the hospital with our son and was grateful to have Brandi there to meet us and take care of our baby overnight. She was warm and loving with our baby, took to him easily, and shared helpful observations and advice throughout the week. We slept peacefully each evening knowing she was there!

I have always been someone who loves to take care of others. For family and friends, I was the one they’d call in an emergency, when someone is passing, when life decisions were being made. I went to college to become a nurse because I wanted to ensure I had a career where I could support people. God works in mysterious ways and I wasn’t able to apply for the nursing program at the college I went to. I had decided to get a degree in Health Systems Management and later, to do the accelerated nursing program. Plans don’t typically work on the way you dream and I found myself two kids later, 1 year too late, unable to apply for the accelerated nursing program. During this season, I had Andrew, our child that wasn’t birthed with the support of a doula, and I knew, being a doula was my answer. I’ve had felt unseen, unheard and unimportant when I was giving birth and I wanted to make sure that didn’t happen to others. I’m often get introduced as “Doula Jenn” and, I love it. I don’t just doula people through childbirth, I support through life. Parenthood is hard, marriages are hard, finding connection with friends is hard and I want to come alongside you in life. I’m an active member of the High Vibe Mom Tribe and I host virtual book clubs several times a year to support women through their marriages.

Please reach out to me through my instagram: @sddarlingdoula or email: sddarlingdoula@gmail.com Hi I’m Summer! I’m a Birth Doula passionate about giving parents the tools they need to advocate for themselves and their birthing choices! I first decided to become a Doula after hearing countless stories of doctors pressuring unnecessary interventions, making what should be the most special day of your life, into a traumatic experience. I was struck by how susceptible new parents can be to misinformation, and my goal as a doula is to eliminate that uncertainty and foster a loving and safe birthing environment for mother and child. Of course the most important thing is that mama and baby are healthy, but that’s not the only important thing. I believe that as a mother your instinct is just as strong as that fetal ejection reflex 💪🏽 and my job is to help you listen to it. I absolutely love being a doula and am so excited to support more families through this amazing journey. I would love to connect so please feel free to reach out anytime! 🌻✨

I've been a birth doula for 35 years (I started young!) and I am also a childbirth educator. I got into doula work to advocate so that you can have the best birth possible. I am certified in Spiningbabies, the Rebozo Technique and in Acupuncture. I have always said.....this is your baby, your body and your birth and I'm there to support you in however and wherever you want to birth. I want to make sure that your spouse/partner also feels supported and cared for also. I live in Oceanside and serve San Diego County.

My experience with Kym completely exceeded my expectations. It was my first birth, so I was not entirely sure what to expect from a doula, and every interaction with Kym affirmed my decision to work with her. I felt supported by her throughout my journey. There's no way I would've gone as far as I did naturally if Kym had not been present. She was also an incredible support to my partner during the birth experience, and she kept encouraging him to take care of himself as well. One of my favorite aspects of my experience with Kym was the check-ins she provided postpartum. Every day I received a text from Kym asking how I was doing and telling me I was amazing. I felt I could share exactly how I was feeling with her and any worries I had; she met them without any judgment just care and concern. The birth process is incredibly hard, and postpartum in many ways is harder, so I was deeply grateful to have Kym's continued support. I would highly recommend Kym to anyone who is seeking a supportive, knowledgeable cheerleader in their birth journey.

Im 19 and recently finished getting my certification as a Holistic Pregnancy and Birth Practitioner. I have been a nanny for a little over two years and I really enjoy the work and kiddos. I started with one of the families while they were pregnant with baby number 2 and was able to offer mom the chance to rest or spend 1:1 time with baby and I really enjoyed it. With my recent training I am hoping to use it and get into become a birth/postpartum doula. I want to offer my services and a lower price while I help with my first births and learn what to fully expect outside of the classroom. I feel more connected to postpartum work and being able to nurture the parents, whether that be pre-birth to “nest” for baby, find meals to prep/cook postpartum, basic housework like dishes and laundry and even some potential grocery shopping for those first few weeks when it’s not ideal to take baby out. I like to create a judgement free zone and am open to all styles of life but am more in the middle of lightly holistic and following modern medicine and recommendations but I am ultimately here to support parents decision.

I have seen and passionately believe that a woman's body is built for birth. Not only are women's bodies designed for childbirth, but mothers get to participate in the miraculous way a living soul enters this world. Being alive is truly a miracle, and I love being able to be present for such a sacred moment when a human being is born. It is my pleasure to educate and protect women as they prepare for this life-altering event. Childbirth can be both an intense and a glorious experience. I live in OC with my three amazing children! If I’m not at a birth, you will find us at the beach surfing, playing, and enjoying the outdoors. I fell in love with all things birth when I became pregnant with my 1st child in 2008. As an avid reader and researcher, I made it my goal to learn everything I possibly could about the biology and physiology of birth, and how to have optimal health during and after pregnancy for both me and my baby. Like many first-time moms I have worked with, I had hesitations about giving birth to my 1st baby outside of a hospital setting. After all my research, classes, and conversations with midwives, I gained confidence in aiming for an unmedicated birthing experience. I found some lovely midwifes who had a midwifery ward in a hospital and gave birth to my 1st son unmedicated. Twenty-four hours of intense back labor from a posterior-positioned baby …but, I did it! My body actually did it! After birthing my first, statistically knowing it was the most challenging and longest labor, gave me confidence to choose home births for my second and third children. I had a successful home water birth with my second child and wanted to repeat that with my third. However, while laboring on the toilet with him, I suddenly dropped to my knees when he began to crown, and he became known as my bathroom floor “butter birth” baby :). Though I chose unmedicated births for myself, I do know it is not for everyone, which is more than OK! I quickly learned from my role as a doula that every woman’s body, medical history, and background are uniquely different. Many factors play into choosing the right birth for you. I am here to come alongside you, help you make an informed decision, and then support you every step of the way. I offer very personable and compassionate care. My approach is non-agenda-based, trauma-informed, and holistic-minded. No matter your history or past experiences, I am here to be a safe place for you. I will help educate, support, and advocate for you and your personal wishes. I look forward getting to know you and building a trusting relationship to where you feel 100% comfortable having me by your side for one of the biggest days of your life. 🙂 I am here for you! I am a birth doula and childbirth mentor/educator located in Orange County, CA. The primary focus of my work is to improve birth outcomes for marginalized communities and to reduce (ideally eradicate) birth trauma. My training is mostly through an organization called Birthing From Within and I highly recommend their reading materials for individuals at any stage, from pre-conception to postpartum. My philosophy is that you, the pregnant person, have all of the wisdom and ability within you and we can work together to awaken that within you.

Lindzy is just amazing! I highly recommend her services. She is well educated, informed on all birthing questions I had. Her expertise, advice, referrals, and support around all things pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and postpartum were so helpful and such a comfort as a first time mom. She is down to earth and easy to talk to, and she valued our birth plan. She was my advocate and a huge help in the delivery room, we are so grateful to have hired her, even in though I was late in my pregnancy. If we have another she will be the first one i'll call!
