I’m a Birth Doula passionate about giving parents the tools they need to advocate for themselves and their birthing choices! I first decided to become a Doula after hearing countless stories of doctors pressuring unnecessary interventions, making what should be the most special day of your life, into a traumatic experience. I was struck by how susceptible new parents can be to misinformation, and my goal as a doula is to eliminate that uncertainty and foster a loving and safe birthing environment for mother and child. Of course the most important thing is that mama and baby are healthy, but that’s not the only important thing. I believe that as a mother your instinct is just as strong as that fetal ejection reflex 💪🏽 and my job is to help you listen to it. Service introduction

I offer support during pregnancy, and labor as well as 1 postpartum visit! I make myself available for any questions you may have through your entire pregnancy journey through postpartum! I offer one on one birth classes and that include techniques on coping with contractions as well as what to expect during the process. During labor I'm very hands on but I’m also a strong believer in partner based support!
