Hi, I'm Rochelle! I'm a mom to three amazing kids, ages 20, 13, and 8, which means I'm living in ALL the seasons of motherhood at once! From college to junior high and elementary school, life is full, fun, and always keeping me on my toes. My love for birth started when I was just 12 years old and witnessed my first baby being born. That experience stayed with me and sparked a passion I've carried ever since. After years of supporting women through birth, I became a trained birth doula three years ago, and I'm now working toward becoming a childbirth educator and lactation consultant. My doula style is laid-back, encouraging, and rooted in education, open communication, and a little humor! I've supported all types of births, and one thing I believe strongly is that your birth isn't about me, my preferences, or my convictions. It's about YOU. I'm 100% committed to respecting your values, choices, and wishes, whatever those look like. What to expect

Comprehensive birth doula services providing personalized prenatal, labor, birth, and postpartum support. Services include two prenatal visits, birth plan development, childbirth education, labor preparation, coping techniques, comfort measures, movement and positioning guidance, and continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and delivery. Support is available for hospital, birth center, and home births, including unmedicated births, epidurals, inductions, VBACs, and cesarean deliveries. Additional services include phone and text support throughout pregnancy, on-call availability beginning at 37 weeks, breastfeeding education and immediate postpartum lactation assistance, birth photography when circumstances allow, and a postpartum follow-up visit. The focus is on empowering women through education, preparation, and individualized support while respecting their birth preferences and decisions.

My husband and I have nothing but incredible things to say about Rochelle with Crowning Achievement! Having her as our doula meant we were educated on all things birth throughout pregnancy, she'd be with us to support our "birth plan," and she'd be equipped to help guide us through any unforeseen changes throughout labor & delivery. With our dream unmedicated birth now behind us, her knowledge and experience really is priceless and I can't imagine ever going through labor and delivery again without her! She supported me physically through various coping methods, mentally/emotionally by being a strong and safe figure, and she even helped guide my husband who received a lot of coaching for how to support me best. My husband says it wouldn't have been the same experience and we wouldn't have been able to go unmedicated like we did without her - I second that! She spent so much time learning about me and my preferences to know exactly what I needed in the moment and did the best job at keeping communication open throughout labor. She was also the best bridge between us and the hospital staff and they also raved about her which was really awesome to hear! If you're wanting to learn more about doula support during birth, do not hesitate to reach out to Rochelle for even just an introductory call! She's truly the WHOLE package and we get to look back on how empowered, calm, and dare I even say "light-hearted" our birth was largely because of Rochelle. Rochelle was AMAZING for the birth of our first baby! We called her and she was there within minutes. My labor had been stalled and she put me to work the second she walked in the door, kickstarting my labor! She advocated for me and made sure my birth plan was followed and respected by hospital staff. We laughed, joked, and sang through my whole delivery and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks to Rochelle!
