I started my journey as a Reiki Therapist over ten years ago. After some personal trauma in my life in 2017 I started learning therapy specific to survivors of abuse. In 2020 I became a doula, but took my last birth in 2022 to focus on my education as a nurse. My goal is to become a trauma-informed midwife helping women and survivors have honored births.

I have gone through pain of grief in my life that truly has taken me deeper into a true relationship with God and myself. I feel pain when words can not be expressed, I feel love and joy when the words are so exciting nothing can come out. I feel the anxious feeling of the unknown when written in silence. I can’t explain the truth behind it but I know it’s all because God is always working and is calling us to be there for one another. We are not ever meant to do this world alone. My first encounter with Chiropractic care was after a sports injury in high school. Something about it stuck because I got both a Bachelor's and a Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. During my internship, I witnessed firsthand how chiropractic can help kids. It was then that I realized the potential chiropractic care had to help so many people. That was how I developed a passion to care for children, pregnant parents, and families through wellness and education. When I'm not in the office, I'm probably outdoors with my dogs.
