Hi! I am a lactation consultant and Doula (birth and Postpartum). I started my career as a medical assistant in an Intergrative/Holistic Pediatric clinic. I loved working with families and after experiencing breastfeeding issues with my first baby I decided to pursue a career in lactation. I have worked in pediatrics, hospital and home visits supporting families pursue their feeding goals. My next step in my career was fulfilling my dream of becoming a doula and supporting families prenatally and through postpartum. I feel truly blessed doing the best job in the world. Hello, my name is Nina Lamanna and I am a DONA certfied Birth and Postpartum Doula from Los Angeles. I have been a doula since 2017, and trained with DONA teachers and trainers in Los Angeles with Kathryn Auger and Cheryl Baker. My practice involves tuning into our inherent spiritual nature that is within each of us and delving deep to heal wounds. In my free time, I enjoy making dinner with my husband, dancing ballet, baking, painting, and playing with my english bulldog.

Michaela (Mikki) Bell is the face behind TheDoulaBell and has really been preparing for this gifting her whole life. She jokes, "The first doula client I ever had was a momma sheep out on our family friend's farm in Colorado when I was 9 years old. That was the first birth I ever participated in and since then, I've been so enthralled with birth in every form." Mikki's real journey to becoming a doula began with the birth of her firstborn, Jensen. She states that having a doula herself changed her whole perception about what birth is really like and what the human body is capable of.
