Service introduction

I offer compassionate support for families through every stage of welcoming a new baby. As a Certified Infant Sleep Consultant, I help create gentle, personalized sleep solutions so your little one and you can rest more peacefully. In my role as a Postpartum Doula, I provide nurturing care for both parents and baby, offering guidance, reassurance, and hands-on help during those tender first weeks at home. And as a Birth Doula, I walk alongside families through pregnancy and labor, offering emotional, physical, and informational support so you feel empowered and cared for every step of the way. My goal is to bring comfort, confidence, and calm to your parenting journey.
