This was put to the test when she traveled with us for our second daughter as our Traveling Doula. A situation that normally would have been stressful and exhausting, but she made it far easier to manage.
She was also accommodating about adjusting our daily schedule, since we were both still working and not yet on parental leave.The moment we remember most is how she sleep-trained our first daughter. She built a plan and continually adapted it as needed, quickly getting our daughter to 12 hours of sleep through scheduled feedings - a change that gave us both much-needed rest. Even today, our daughter still sleeps 12 hours every night.

Working with Veronica started out well, but she quickly became very focused on money. She began bombarding us with text messages at 2 a.m., pressuring us to extend the contract by two weeks. The contract we signed clearly allowed us to cancel after two weeks, which is what we did.
Afterward, she changed her position and claimed the contract was for four weeks and could not be canceled, which is untrue. The exchanges with her then became increasingly unprofessional, and I ultimately had to block her from contacting me to stop the ongoing harassment.
Following this experience, I looked at other reviews and noticed that several clients had reported similar issues. I had not initially noticed this because she had many five-star reviews. She also asked us to leave a positive review and offered a free session if we did. We declined, but it now helps explain why she has a number of five-star reviews.
