Sydney was truly amazing, and we feel so lucky that we had the opportunity to have her help our family! Waking up and being able to focus solely on our baby without having to juggle everything else was such a gift. Sydney is incredibly thoughtful, kind, caring, and attentive, and it shows in everything she does. Trusting someone with your newborn is not easy, but she made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. She went above and beyond to help our family, and we are so grateful she said yes to working with us, even for such a short time. We only wish we could have had her for longer! I truly don't have enough words to express my gratitude for Sydney. This was our second time having her as our postpartum doula, and I can say without hesitation--she is nothing short of extraordinary. I joke that I'd consider having a fourth baby just to have her with us again.
This time around, I faced more postpartum challenges than before, and Sydney was my absolute rock. She held my hand--literally and figuratively--through every step and made what could have been an overwhelming time feel manageable, calm, and even joyful. Sydney is proefssional, helpful without being intrusive, and gave me the space to recover and snuggle my baby while helping us take care of daily household tasks. Sydney is amazing. She went above and beyond for my family in more ways than one. She made my nights (and days) easy. She always went above and beyond and took amazing care of my daughter (and of me). Sydney was a godsend! She worked with my family after the birth of our daughter. As a first time mom, I personally needed support in addition to Sydney caring for my daughter. Sydney provided support in more ways than one. She taught us tips and tricks that we needed as first time parents, took amazing care of my daughter, provided help around the house, and so much more. In addition to helping us during the nights, Sydney was always available via text to answer any questions. She even went so far as to check in with me during her days off. I will absolutely use Sydney for my second baby and she is the first person I will recommend to any family with a new baby.

Sydney was amazing! We feel so lucky we had her help for 4 weeks. She provided us with a sense of security and instilled confidence in us by being so great with our newborn son and also sharing advice, tips, and answering our long list of questions. Sydney was so helpful and willing to do whatever chores needed to be done around the house (including some baking), in addition to caring for our son and helping me with breastfeeding. She would even look for ways to be helpful (like organizing our Tupperware). She made the first 4 weeks of life with a newborn seem manageable, which is not an easy task.

Sydney is a dream! My husband and I worked with Sydney for the past three months to care for us and our newborn daughter.
We are third time parents and have worked with other doulas and overnight infant care specialists - no one has come close to providing the level of care and compassion that Sydney brought to our family. Five times a week at 9pm Sydney would walk into our home and lift us up in a way that is hard to articulate in an online review. Not only did she provide excellent care for our daughter, she did anything our family needed (laundry, dishes, everything) and brought such a positive and caring energy to our home with an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience.

Sydney saved me when I had my second daughter. I knew after my first that I didn't want to fall into PPD/PPA again so I was lucky enough to have found Sydney for overnight support and let me tell you, her care, love and knowledge made all the difference. Knowing that I had her coming over put my mind at ease but not only that, I knew that my new born was in the best hands. She gave baths, bagged milk, washed laundry, sanitized everything, brought my pump parts to my room in the middle of the night and made sure I had snacks and water around the clock.
Another little thing that made a huge impact for my hubby was that she always refilled our brita in the fridge. It's truly amazing that the little things stick with us and he still talks about how is water was never empty!
This has taken me so long to write because chasing around 2 little ones and trying to run a household and have me time means I don't always get to things right away but I just had to get back to sitting down and writing this review because SHE deserves it! When we're ready for baby no. 3 Sydney will be my first call so I can get on her books!! We love Sydney!!

Sydney helped our family out for the first 6 weeks of our son's life, and I truly cannot imagine this transition without her by our side. Not only did she care deeply for our newborn, but she also constantly made sure to check in on me and my husband throughout my recovery and the many changes we encountered.
She was filled with advice, tips, tricks, guidance, and mostly affirmation. Having Sydney around to help me grow as a first time mom while maintaining our home really gave me confidence and empowered me to be the best I could be for my baby.

Sydney is an absolute pleasure to work with! She goes above and beyond in everything - from helping the baby to helping the mom/ dad and family. She does laundry, meal preps if you’d like her to, cleans bottles/ sanitizes and descales machines, truly any help you need, Sydney has you covered. 11/10 would recommend Sydney! We had Sydney provide overnight postpartum support when we had our second child a few months ago and she is UNBELIEVABLE. Truly top notch in terms of knowledge and experience and absolute dedication to her work. She really cares about caring for the whole family and it shows! Notably we got detailed reports of the night sent to us and Sydney was able to talk through any baby related issue we had on our minds that given day and it was so fantastic. Additionally...the LAUNDRY folding was a game changer. I didn't anticipate the uptick in laundry we would have with number two, especially as our newest LO was a big spitter. Sydney is meticulous with her folding and everything that was dirty and messy is magically crisp and organized in the morning! It gives you so much breathing room to have that taken care of, I was blown away. Cannot say enough good things about Sydney!!

We didn't realize how much we needed Sydney until we started working with her. As first time parents, there were a lot of things we had to figure out - none of which could have been as effective or anticipated by reading books, etc. She helped us figure out what worked best for us and our baby, recharge so we can be our best selves for our little girl, and connected us with great specialists (eg LC, perinatal therapist, etc). Most importantly, she became our trusted partner, which was quickly achieved through her extensive knowledge, supportive approach, and overall great personality. Our baby really took to her and seemed so happy being fed, burped, changed, etc by Sydney. Our dogs even built a connection with her! She really became part of our team. I would highly recommend her for anyone during your fourth trimester!

We were so lucky to have Sydney as our postpartum doula for overnight care with our first baby. She was punctual, communicative and so kind and knowledgeable. We felt so comfortable leaving our baby with her overnight as she had a wealth of knowledge and experience, and such a gentle touch, we always knew our baby was in great hands!
Sydney went above and beyond to take great care of us (in addition to caring for the baby!) and took care of so many baby related tasks to help make our lives easier. She folded laundry, cleaned bottles, pump parts and humidifiers, brought me water and snacks and helped me with feeding and so many baby-related questions. As a new mom, feeling cared for was so helpful and important, and knowing that someone so kind and capable was with my baby gave me the freedom to rest and relax.
If you want to feel seen and heard after birth, and totally comfortable leaving your baby with someone else while you sleep, definitely hire Sydney!
