With over seven years of experience caring for babies and children as a caregiver, I have always felt called to nurture, support, and uplift families during life's most tender moments. Ever since stepping foot in the postpartum care world, I found my passion and truly fell in love. As a doula, I offer gentle, hands-on support to new mothers and their families during the sacred postpartum period. My care is rooted not only in deep compassion and intuition, but also in the latest evidence-based practices and research in postpartum care, infant development, and maternal health. My philosophy is that when science and heart come together, families feel more confident, supported, and empowered. I show up with a calm presence, knowledge, and unconditional care.

I have been a postpartum doula for 2 years now and have been with over 20 families. I am also a breastfeeding peer counselor and sleep training consultant.

My mission extends beyond merely attending births; I am dedicated to educating women and families about the wonders of the womb.
