Hello and Welcome! My name is Anna Nguyen and I am a birth doula located in Tracy, California. My passion is to help women find their voice for a confident birth. Coming from my own birth experience, I believe birth can be natural and empowering with the right support, environment, and mindset. My practice is to inform and provide emotional support for parents and create a birth plan that is right for you. In my free time, I enjoy taking mindful walks, going to the farmer's market on Saturdays, and exploring new places to eat with my two boys and husband.
