I have held onto my certification for several years while working as a CNA, too afraid to be a part of something as monumental as childbirth. This all changed when I had my son in June of 2023 - I knew that I had more to offer than just an extra hand. I believe in the power of choice, the intuitive process of birth, and that we all need a little extra support in such vulnerable and transformative times in our lives.

Hello, Everyone, I’m Netta, founder/CEO of Doula Dynasty. I’m a birth and postpartum doula, certified breastfeeding and childbirth educator, and a veteran homeschool mommy of five. I’ve spent over 30 years supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to every family I serve. I hold a Master’s in Healthcare Information and certifications including CNA, Infant/Child CPR, AED, First Aid, Birth and Postpartum Doula, and Breastfeeding Educator. I’m passionate about creating a holistic, calm, and enjoyable birth experience, tailored to each family’s unique needs. I believe that when the environment is relaxing and supportive, birth can be empowering, memorable, and even joyful. Outside of doula work, I love to meditate, write, read, spend time with my family, and sip green tea. I have a lifelong love of the beach and seafood boils, which keeps me grounded and connected to my roots. Doula Dynasty is about empowerment, connection, and generational impact. Hi, my name is Alisha, and I have a passion for parents, their families, and their new little ones. I love being able to help everyone adjust to their new roles, and lives. I also love cooking and feeding families, in order to allow them more bonding time together.

Summernickol (she/her) is a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula. She promotes holistic births and birth planning for both hospital and home births, while being an active advocate for all women and their families. Summernickol brings her nurturing side and positive energy to postpartum care. With a strong belief in setting families up for success, Summernickol equips families with education, resources, skills and support. While she has a strong background in supporting high-risk and teen pregnancies, Summernickol is experienced in also offering sibling care, belly casting, ASL tutoring, and rebozo sifting. Summernickol is an avid reader and traveling foodie who uses her free time to volunteer in her community.

I am a birth and postpartum doula dedicated to supporting and empowering families throughout their unique birth journey. We’ve been giving birth for thousands of years and I deeply trust our body’s innate ability to go through the birthing process.
