I am a birth and postpartum doula dedicated to supporting and empowering families throughout their unique birth journey. My role is to provide compassionate, non judgmental care, offering emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after birth. I believe every family deserves to feel informed, confident, and respected in their choices, I am honored to walk alongside you as you welcome your baby and transition into this new chapter with strength and support.

Service introduction

As a birth and postpartum doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth and the early postpartum period. My services include prenatal education and birth planning, hands-on comfort measures and advocacy during labor, and calm, steady support for both the birthing person and their partner. Postpartum, I offer assistance with newborn care, feeling support, emotional adjustment, recovery, and light household help, creating a nurturing environment so families can rest, bond, and transition comfidently into parenthood.
