I recently had the pleasure of working with Teresa. I had a complicated C-section and my son was 4 days old when Teresa started working for me. Her kind and thoughtful nature immediately put me at ease and trusted her with my son completely. She went above and beyond to help me and was very resourceful. As a new mother I had so many questions and she was patient with me and answered all my queries. The nights that she was off, she was able to find us another amazing doula to help us. I would definitely hire Teresa again on the future and recommend her to anyone who is a new mother and is navigating motherhood for the first time. Thank you Teresa!

As a Doula, I get to support you as your full self and help your team empower you to have the best birthing experience possible. My approach is full of joy and prioritizes your comfort and needs. Throughout our time together, I will connect you to the resources and information you are seeking and empower you to step out of fear and into a deeper sense of confidence. I look forward to our time together and getting to champion your perinatal experience.

Working with Aidyn was an amazing experience! From our very first meeting, she brought such a warm, calming presence that immediately made us feel supported and confident about our pregnancy and birth journey. Throughout pregnancy, she provided thoughtful guidance, evidence-based information, and emotional reassurance that truly helped us prepare in both body and mind. She always made sure to ask what we wanted to make sure to discuss or go over to ensure all our questions were answered. We ended up having a very short but eventful labor and delivery. Without Aidyn advocating for our needs and wishes and making sure we were comfortable and supported, we would have really struggled with how fast everything was moving and would have felt much more traumatic. Aidyn made sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed (and helped get it for us if we didn't have it). The physical and emotional support she provided during labor and delivery was vital and we are still so thankful that she was there with us. After birth, she continued to check in and offer postpartum support and was ready to help out in any way she could while I was dealing with the onset of postpartum depression and anxiety. She has been helping us navigate these first weeks with care and compassion and we can’t imagine having gone through this journey without her. If you’re looking for a doula who is knowledgeable, kind, and truly dedicated to helping families feel informed and empowered, I cannot recommend Aidyn highly enough! Truly one of the best decisions we made for our pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

I recently reconnected with Sage and she asked me to post a review, since I was the very first birth she ever attended. Sage wasn't a doula when she was there for my kids births, she was just a friend who had given birth before, and who offered to support me when I was young, inexperienced and alone. I had a boyfriend, but they were his first kids too and we were both scared. Between us asking her to be at the birth, and me going into labor the first time, she learned so so much about birth and postpartum and taught me so much. I didn't go to a birth class but I felt way more prepared one she started sharing what she'd learned. When the time came, and I was in labor, I told her and she drove from Atascadero to San Diego, made the 6 hour drive in 5 hours, and was with us for the hardest part of the birth. I still wonder if I could have done it without her help and I really don't think so. Having her there with me was so helpful that I even asked her to be there for my son a few years later, and asked her to go to a friend's birth as well. I'm really glad that she's doing this now, even if it took her 15 years before she decided to do it. I'm so glad we reconnected and I could share this, and I'm so proud to be the very first birth she attended and supported.

Hi, I’m Elena (she/her), a certified postpartum doula! I grew up bilingual, speaking German and Italian, and developed a deep love for connection through language. Becoming a mom changed everything for me, and it revealed just how crucial support is in those early days of parenting. It inspired me to follow my true calling: nurturing new parents and helping them build a strong foundation for this incredible chapter of their lives. My approach is deeply influenced by the German tradition of Wochenbett, which emphasizes rest, recovery, and bonding in the weeks after childbirth. I strive to create a nurturing space with personalized care that fosters connection, ease, and confidence as families grow into their new roles. I bring warmth, empathy, and a calming presence to every family I support, honoring the unique needs of each household. It’s a profound honor to walk alongside parents during one of the most tender times of their lives. When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me exploring new places with my husband and son, practicing yoga, or simply soaking in the beauty around us.

Following the birth of my second son, I made the empowering decision to shift paths and become a doula. Today, I combine my clinical background with empathy and intuition to guide families through one of life’s most transformative moments. My passion lies in helping mothers and babies feel safe, supported, and informed. No matter your birth plan or chosen delivery setting, I’ll be by your side—offering heartfelt care every step of the way.

I want to make you feel empowered to follow your natural instincts throughout labor so you have a deep sense of pride and accomplishment when you are holding your newborn. I will support any choice you make about how you wish to labor. I believe that true empowerment is about your ability to choose what is right for your body.

A dedicated, capable, and broadly skilled Full Spectrum Doula. My skillset has flourished in the years I’ve spent in professional birth and postpartum care. Having supported over 300 families through pregnancy, labor and birth, and even hundreds more in postpartum, as well as a foundation of 20+ years of NCS experience, I am a seasoned Doula based here in metro Seattle / Tacoma. My competencies are built on the foundation of full-spectrum experience of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I walk hand in hand with families through first, second, and third births as well as the many in-between variations of the experience of growing family. It is important to me to practice with a calm and clear mind, helping to build your confidence and awareness early on, helping you assert your autonomy confidently to be in charge of your experience. At the heart of my work as your doula are the values of trust, honesty, reliability and non-judgmental support. There is no one right way to become a family. My role is to help you feel sure of what is right for you.

We truly cannot imagine how we would have navigated the first few months of new parenthood without Nori. Nori’s greatest strengths include her deep wisdom, unmatched knowledge of newborn care, and calm confidence that instantly puts parents at ease. She has a “magic touch” for soothing babies and helping them sleep, and we believe our little guy started sleeping through the night at 10 weeks due to Nori’s gentle, consistent sleep routines. (We were not sleep training at this young age—it was Nori’s consistency and routines she developed for us and our baby that helped our baby know it was time for sleep.) Nori also has a gift for coaching new parents with warmth and empathy: she taught us all the invaluable baby care skills we needed to know—diaper changing, addressing diaper rash, bottle feeding, sleep and bedtime routine, safe sleep and swaddling, soothing, bath routine and hygiene (nail trims etc), and more. She is the most (obsessively!) punctual person I know—we knew we could depend on her to arrive ten minutes early to every single shift. That consistency and reliability really put our mind at ease—my husband and I would excitedly say “tonight is a Nori night!” whenever she was coming and by 5 or 6pm, we already felt more relaxed knowing she would be arriving soon (and always early). She was a reassuring presence in helping us address a few early issues: a dairy intolerance in my breastmilk, and a (worrying-looking but ultimately totally innocuous) skin condition he had early on called transient neonatal pustular melanosis. For the first few months, the only person who could take care of our baby in a way I (the mom) could truly relax (without a single worry or needing to check in to see how things were going) was Nori—because she could provide him an unmatched level of attentiveness, care, and detail orientation. She would notice the smallest things, like a spot of diaper rash or whether to increase the oz in his bottles. Finally, I’ll add that in conversations with our friends about their night nannies and postpartum doulas, we have learned that Nori is truly one-of-a-kind—lots of our friends had wonderful experiences with their doulas/nannies, but no one was truly “Nori level.” She is exceptional and inimitable! We recommend her enthusiastically and without reservation to any family—she is priceless.
