About me

I became a doula because I am passionate about creating positive and nurturing labor experiences for all. I want to make you feel empowered to follow your natural instincts throughout labor so you have a deep sense of pride and accomplishment when you are holding your newborn. I will support any choice you make about how you wish to labor. I believe that true empowerment is about your ability to choose what is right for your body.

Service introduction

I have many roles as your doula. The most important is to provide constant physical and emotional support throughout your labor. I will be there to explore, work though, and validate any emotions that you experience. I will be there to hold your hand, massage your body, and provide you with different labor and birth positions to give you comfort and encourage the descent and rotation of your baby. As your doula I will also be there to give you any information you need about pregnancy, labor, your transition into becoming a parent, and any decisions you need to make. I will also be there to facilitate communication with the other members of your birth team in order to create a safe space for shared decision making.
