Hello, I am a mother and wife. I have been a doula for over 17 years now and I love what I do and enjoy working with families to help out in one of the most special yet vulnerable times in their lives. I help guide parents and babies to good healthy sleeping habits and day schedules/routines. I am also very well experienced in lactation/breastfeeding which can be very challenging during the first 1-3 months. I am all about parents feeling confident and comfortable with their little ones and I look forward to helping you in all your needs during this precious time.

Hi there! My name is Lindsey! I'm a Birth Doula, mom of a beautiful 13 month old baby boy, married to my best friend and was born and raised in the Bay Area! I have always had an immense level of respect and awe for birth, but it was really through my own pregnancy and natural, unmedicated and intervention free birth that a passion was ignited for serving women through this life-changing event. So many women lack the support they need to feel confident in the power they hold when they bring their babies into this world. My hope is that I can provide that support to you and help you achieve a positive birth experience. My goal for my clients is that you go into your birth feeling confident, empowered, educated, and in charge. I care that you've had a chance to access all of the information, have had time to ask questions, have had time to come to an answer and can give TRULY informed consent to any procedure.
