Hi there! My name is Lindsey! I'm a Birth Doula, mom of a beautiful 13 month old baby boy, married to my best friend and was born and raised in the Bay Area! I have always had an immense level of respect and awe for birth, but it was really through my own pregnancy and natural, unmedicated and intervention free birth that a passion was ignited for serving women through this life-changing event. So many women lack the support they need to feel confident in the power they hold when they bring their babies into this world. My hope is that I can provide that support to you and help you achieve a positive birth experience. My goal for my clients is that you go into your birth feeling confident, empowered, educated, and in charge. I care that you've had a chance to access all of the information, have had time to ask questions, have had time to come to an answer and can give TRULY informed consent to any procedure. I also just really want to have a good time with you during one of the most incredible seasons of life. I'm so happy to meet you!

Birth Doula packages and pricing

Birth support package

Pregnancy: 2 prenatal visits where we will discuss your goals for your birth and what your ideal birth looks like, help with creating a birth preference sheet, phone/text/email support until and after delivery, instruction on pain management techniques/positions etc, postpartum planning etc. I can also offer help with creating a birth plan, packing a hospital bag, offer baby registry suggestions, and help with postpartum planning. Birth: I’ll be on call for you day or night 2 weeks before and after your estimated due date, active labor and birth support at your choice location, 2 hours immediate postpartum support (help with supporting breast feeding if desired, partner support etc) Postpartum: one follow up visit 1-3 weeks postpartum, text check ins, birth processing, guidance for recovery and newborn care and lactation support. I have additional services that can be added on if desired including a home cooked meal, postpartum care package etc.

What to expect
