About Gabriela

Hello, I am a mother and wife. I have been a doula for over 17 years now and I love what I do and enjoy working with families to help out in one of the most special yet vulnerable times in their lives. I help guide parents and babies to good healthy sleeping habits and day schedules/routines. I am also very well experienced in lactation/breastfeeding which can be very challenging during the first 1-3 months. I am all about parents feeling confident and comfortable with their little ones and I look forward to helping you in all your needs during this precious time.

What to expect

The services I provide include but are not limited to: offering physical & emotional support to the mother, partner & siblings, any breastfeeding assistance needed, newborn care instruction (including information on reading baby’s cues, infant sleep patterns, soothing techniques, bathing, etc.), The duties that apply to my service are anything pertaining to baby for example any baby laundry, bottles & breastfeeding pump & attachments) as well as anything that needs attention in baby station or nursery.
