Hi, my name is Raika. I am a certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist with approximately five years of experience supporting newborns and their families. I provide calm, compassionate, and individualized care, helping parents feel confident and supported during the postpartum period. My experience includes overnight newborn care, feeding and bottle support, diapering, soothing techniques, newborn sleep guidance, reflux and colic support, nursery organization, and detailed baby-care reports. I am CPR certified, TrustLine registered, HIPAA trained, and currently studying Early Childhood Development to continue expanding my knowledge of infant and child development. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish and respect each family’s culture, values, routines, and parenting preferences. My goal is to create a peaceful and nurturing environment where parents can rest, recover, and enjoy this special season with their baby.

Complete Postpartum & Newborn Support Package This personalized package is designed to help your family feel supported, confident, and well-rested during the postpartum transition. Care is available during the day or overnight, with shifts customized to your family’s needs. Services include: • Newborn feeding and bottle support • Burping, diapering, soothing, and comforting • Overnight newborn care so parents can rest • Assistance with establishing age-appropriate feeding and sleep routines • Gentle newborn sleep guidance • Support for babies experiencing gas, colic, or reflux discomfort • Bottle and pumping-part washing and sanitizing • Breastfeeding and pumping support within my scope of practice • Newborn bathing and basic baby-care education • Baby laundry and nursery organization • Restocking diapers, feeding supplies, and changing stations • Detailed care logs for feeding, sleep, and diaper changes • Emotional and practical postpartum support • Light meal preparation and snacks for the recovering parent • Light household tasks related to the mother and baby • Sibling transition support when needed • Referrals to trusted healthcare or lactation professionals when appropriate Each family receives a personalized care plan based on their recovery, newborn-care needs, schedule, and parenting preferences. Daytime and overnight shifts of 8–12 hours are available. Support can be arranged for a single visit or as an ongoing package for several weeks.
