I offer both daytime and overnight support, depending on the family's needs. Typically, daytime shifts are a minimum of 4 hours, and overnights are 8 to 10 hours. I recommend booking a few weeks in advance, but I always try to accommodate last-minute requests if my schedule allows.

Do you help with light housework or meal prep?

Yes! My priority is the recovery of the birthing parent and newborn care, but I also assist with light household tasks related to the baby (like baby laundry or bottle sterilization) and simple meal preparation to ensure the parents are well-nourished.
