Hello family, My name is Ghislaine Nnaji, I’m a mom, a wife, a Certified Newborn Care Specialist, and Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with over 15 years of professional childcare experience. I enjoy helping new parents to have a smooth transition from hospital with hands-on approaches but also in a friendly and supportive manner. Seeing a well-rested baby, mommy, and daddy is my greatest reward and I would love to help! My services include but not limited to everything baby care, safety, sleep, feeding, overall temperament, and so on. I also help mom with everything related to nursing if applicable (milk supply, breast engorgement, sore nipple) and anything to make mom feel more comfortable. I help you start on the right foot by gently setting up baby schedules, routine, managing newborn conditions such as the cradle cap, reflux, colic, and more. I completely take over the whole night baby duties to give parents the opportunity to get the rest they so much need and deserve. All the babies I work with sleep through the night by the time they are 3 months old, (saving you money and the exhaustion that comes with 4 months regression since the baby already has a strong sleep foundation). Newborn Care Specialist

Take over complete newborn night care, gently and strategically set baby schedules, routines, feedings, set sustainable sleep foundation with the goal to gently get baby to sleep through the night by the end of services (around 12 weeks old), ensure baby nursery is conducive to baby sleep, facilitate and guide mom with tips for adequate breastmilk supply if applicable, and control and manage conditions such as breast engorgement, soreness, low supply and many more. Guide parents with tried and tested methods to take care of baby (effective soothing techniques, efficient feeding tips….)

It was a delight to work with Ghislaine as our Newborn Care Specialist. Ghislaine is extremely knowledgeable with lots of experience working with newborn babies and guiding us as we were navigating parenthood. She is very compassionate, non-judgmental and meets you where you are as she guides you. And most importantly, our baby was sleeping through the night by the time he turned 3 months old.
