As a dedicated and compassionate doula, I bring a nurturing, attentive, and patient presence to every birth I support. My calm, understanding, and loving nature helps create a safe and empowering environment for clients during one of the most transformative moments of their lives. As a mother of three, my personal journey through childbirth has deeply shaped my approach—I know firsthand how vital it is to feel supported, heard, and advocated for. Having experienced birth without that advocacy, I’m fiercely committed to ensuring my clients never feel alone. With lived experience and heartfelt care, I walk beside each family, honoring their choices and helping them feel confident and cared for throughout their birthing journey.

What an amazing experience from beginning to end. This was my 3rd deliver so I thought I knew exact I was doing, I didn't! Kenneisha was amazing. Very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, calming, and reassuring. She listened to and incorporated everything I wanted and more! I purchased the biggest package she offered and it was well worth it. I wish I knew about her with my other 2 births!

Latishia was my postpartum doula she was AMAZING! She was so sweet and attentive. She gave me great tips on how to breastfeed my little one when we were struggling. She would do the dishes and cook lunch while I took a nap. She was worth every penny and was a true blessing for us!

I’m Rafiqa from Atlanta. I’m committed to showing up to support, to hold space, to build community and connection. Rafiqa means tender hearted, kind, compassionate, companion. This is what I intend to bring by creating safe, soothing, in some ways healing spaces and choices around pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and mother/parent-hood by walking alongside Black and Brown families in Atlanta and the surrounding areas. I support your choices, your body, your labor and your partner. I will hold your space, your hand, and your confidentiality. I trust you, your baby, your body, your partner, and your journey. I’m a Black mom of four, which has further influenced my fervor for the care and support all birthing and postpartum families receive during the major and beautiful transition that pregnancy and after bring. My trainings include birth doula (Mama Glow), postpartum doula (Birthing Advocacy Doula Training), prenatal yoga (Yoga Renew), Afro and Indigenous placenta traditions (Bibi + Ni), and Grandma’s Hands Pregnancy and Postpartum Herbs and Nutrition in the Southern Tradition. Peaches was an amazing night nurse! She cared so well for our sweet girl while we could get some sleep. As first time parents, we had so many questions and she was always available whether at our home or cell between nights to answer them and keep our mind at ease. She made us feel comfortable to ask anything and we learned a lot from her. The first few weeks with a newborn are tough and we are so grateful to Peaches for helping us. She is very educated and genuinely passionate about her job, she even had our baby sleeping through the night at 3 months. You would be very lucky to have Peaches caring for your baby!

I got connected with Kay through a friend of mine that is also a doula. I had to go back to work a lot earlier since I am a single mother so needed nanny services. Kay was so amazing and my baby loved (still does lol) her. She also would straighten up my place and made sure things were organized when I got home from work. Kay is definitely heaven sent and I thank her for such a good experience with helping me through this journey of motherhood.

I have over 15 years of public health experience working at the private, state and federal level. The importance of public health and living a healthy lifestyle has been my life since I was a young girl! My mother set the stage early in life by encouraging an overall holistic approach. I witnessed my first birth at the age of nine and that exposure opened a world of possibilities. I have always had an interest in maternal and child health and a passion to support women during one of the most important seasons of life, the sacred transition into motherhood. After having children of my own, I answered the call to follow my dream and become a doula. My goal is to educate and provide resources for healthy food and lifestyle choices that can lead to a better quality of life for those in the family and future years. I received a B.S. degree in health promotion and disease prevention from the University of Southern California, and a M.P.H. in health policy and management from Emory University. Divine Rhythm Doula + Wellness Services was created to offer birth and postpartum support to expectant families. We provide educational resources and emotional support throughout the birth continuum (pregnancy, new parenthood and beyond). Our services are tailored to each individual’s birthing needs. Our mission is to ensure that our clients have the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual support they need to have a safe, enjoyable birth experience free from anxiety or fear.

I was lucky enough to have Ashley join me for doula services in my early third trimester. She was immediately present and actively engaged in communicating with me before my delivery. She showed up to the hospital as soon as I notified her prepared and stayed by my side the entire time. She was comforting and encouraging throughout my delivery and made sure to respect any request I had for my birthing plan. I am especially grateful for her post-natal presence. She has been thorough in follow-ups and has been a strong support to me during my current post-partum struggles. I would highly recommend her.

Hi! I'm Sarah and a mom of a Sleep Wise graduate. I can help you find a quick, gentle solution to your child's sleep problems! I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant. I give parents the tools they need to help them teach their child to sleep at night...and naps too! My approach to improving your child's sleep is pretty simple: 1. I will give you honest information about WHY sleep is so important for your child's well-being. (This will give you all the motivation you need to make changes to your child's sleep habits.) 2. I will lay out an easy-to-follow, step-by-step plan that lets you make some choices about what is the right approach for your child. (All children are different, and nobody knows your child better than you do. I encourage you to use your knowledge of your child to customize his or her sleep plan.) 3. I will show you how to measure success. (No, you shouldn't expect your child to sleep 12 uninterrupted hours on the first night -- although it does happen! I will also tell you what you should expect along the way.) This will all be available to you in a two week program that would include a one to one consultation, phone calls, and email support. Thanks to modern technology if you aren't in my area, we can consult via a phone call.

Kay was absolutely amazing. I live 1 hr 58 minutes away from her, she showed up a the hospital and ended staying overnight because I wasn’t admitted and had no support person. I was induced 15 hours after she arrived. She was there for me through it all. Although I ended having to get a C-section because of complications with my babies heart rate she was there the entire time! I am forever grateful to Kay and recommend her 10/10! Thank you again for your great support Kay.
