Hi! I am Kristin Frohne, a certified birth doula and certified VBAC doula and lactation consultant. I am a wife and a mom to 3 little kids. I decided to get into birth work because after three very different births( c-section, VBAC induction, and VBAC spontaneous labor), I finally got the birth I dreamed of. I want to help moms and partners feel informed and supported through their pregnancy and birth. Birth is beautiful regardless of how any parent chooses or ends up having a baby, I think that it is the most spectacular thing that could ever happen.

Monica Bentley is a Certified Holistic Doula (2014), DONA-trained Doula (2025), and Certified Birth Assistant dedicated to creating safe, empowered, and culturally-rooted birth experiences. As the founder of Sacred Womb Haven LLC, she blends ancestral wisdom, traditional healing, and evidence-based care to support families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Her mission is to honor the sacredness of birth while advocating for birth justice and autonomy.

I am a mother to four children and when my first and fourth babies were newborns, they gave me many breastfeeding challenges. It was with the support of skilled lactation consultants that I was able to develop a plan to be able to continue to breastfeed. I became a lactation consultant because I desire to support moms in the comfort of their own homes as they overcome challenges while feeding their babies. It is a joy and honor to get to do what I do and I love building relationships with the families I serve. Before I was a lactation consultant, I was a birth doula. I’ve been supporting growing families for over a decade.

Jaden has strong interests in herbal and natural remedies and enjoys grounding herself in nature. When she isn’t spending her time learning or at a birth, she is either spending quality time with her two pups, Bear and Junie, nose deep in a book, or practicing her (not so perfect) yoga flow!
