Birth Doula
As a birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. My services include prenatal visits to prepare your mind, body, and spirit; guidance in creating a birth plan that reflects your values; comfort measures and advocacy during labor; and immediate postpartum care to ensure a smooth transition for you and your baby. I work alongside your chosen medical team to help you feel empowered, informed, and supported every step of the way.

Postpartum Doula Services
As a postpartum doula, I nurture families in the tender weeks after birth by offering newborn care guidance, lactation and feeding support, light household help, meal preparation, and emotional check-ins. I specialize in creating a restful, restorative environment so you can heal, bond, and confidently step into your new chapter of parenthood. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, my goal is to make sure you feel held, capable, and deeply cared for.

A specific virtual birth package includes six 90-minute prenatal virtual sessions, birth plan guidance, on-call labor support, and 6 weeks of postpartum text or phone follow-up

As a first time mom, having a doula was very important to me. I hired Monica as my doula for my 2025 birth. Monica provided much insight surrounding prenatal care, labor, delivery, and postnatal care. Her communication skills were as outlined as she provided details regarding her role and expectations, which left minimum room for questions due to being very informative. Hiring Monica, was one of the most rewarding aspects of my pregnancy.She assisted with creating my birth plan and ensuring that it was followed as best as could be during my delivery. She addressed concerns during laboring when I was unable to and needed to focus on labor management. The techniques that she provided to help contractions during labor was very successful and I progressed more once she arrived. To add, Monica arrived earlier than what was planned, with no hesistsnce, simply because I needed my doula assistance. Monica's dedication was shown throughout her service. I would highly recommend Monica and have her again as my doula!
