About me

Hello, I am Andelynn Pendragon of Crowning Doula. I am a birth and postpartum doula dedicated to serving moms and families in the transition of childbirth. I believe in the power of an all natural, physiological birth and strive to assist my clients in having a calm, nurturing birth environment. I believe in getting the whole family involved in supporting the mother during this major threshold, and can provide postpartum support education to family members so the entire family unit thrives in the postpartum and beyond.

Service introduction

My offerings include a number of prenatal and postpartum visits, along with continuous labor support. In the prenatal visits we discuss your birth dream, formulate a plan, address and release any fears, practice pain management techniques, among other services. In the postpartum visits I come to the home and dote on the mother. This can look like holding baby so mama can take a nap while I do housework. Bring mama a warm meal and drink, discuss the birth and the emotions surrounding what happened, wrap the belly for optimum healing, provide some breastfeeding support, and more.
