About Carly

After being a veterinary technician for over 10 years I transitioned to becoming a doula when I had my son. I could not have endured my 64 hour labor without my incredible doula. If I can help woman in the most vulnerable stage of their lives, through all the magic and pain that is childbirth and postpartum like my doula did for me, then I have fulfilled my core purpose. I am a BEST certified doula in birth and postpartum care. I am also CPR certified through the American Red Cross for adults and infants.

Complimentary “meet-and-greet” interview Unlimited support throughout pregnancy via phone/email/text The ‘Pink Book’- a journal full of birth information, discussion points and positive affirmations 2 prenatal appointments either in person or via your preferred communication format to discuss and prepare for your birth On-call readiness two weeks before and after your estimated due date Continuous support at your birth, including physical and emotional support, for mother and birth partner 2 hours of immediate postpartum care Recommended books and resources for pregnancy, birth, postpartum and baby care Doula access program access with Renown Regional (Northern Nevada Clients) One postpartum visit during initial weeks of postpartum including a home cooked meal of your choice for you and your family to enjoy

Pure bliss birth doula package

Everything included in The Basics package along with access to the online podcast style ‘Preparing for Birth’ childbirth and ‘Prepared Feeding’ infant feeding classes.

What to expect

I am a birth and postpartum doula providing emotional and physical support during childbirth and postpartum. Postpartum support including light housework, meal prep, newborn education, infant and overnight care, emotional support, community resources, breastfeeding support and support for all feeding choices.
