About me

After being a veterinary technician for over 10 years I transitioned to becoming a doula when I had my son. I could not have endured my 64 hour labor without my incredible doula. If I can help woman in the most vulnerable stage of their lives, through all the magic and pain that is childbirth and postpartum like my doula did for me, then I have fulfilled my core purpose. I am a BEST certified doula in birth and postpartum care. I am also CPR certified through the American Red Cross for adults and infants.

I am a birth and postpartum doula providing emotional and physical support during childbirth and postpartum. Postpartum support including light housework, meal prep, newborn education, infant and overnight care, emotional support, community resources, breastfeeding support and support for all feeding choices.
