Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a BEST Certified Postpartum Doula with a genuine love for caring for babies, supporting parents, and helping families feel a little more at ease during the beautiful—and sometimes overwhelming—transition into life with a new baby. Caring for children and families has been a meaningful part of my life for many years. With approximately 13 years of experience as a nanny and childcare provider, I’ve had the opportunity to support children through many different ages and stages while gaining a deep understanding of newborn care, child development, and the unique dynamics of each family. Along with my postpartum doula certification, I hold two Child Development certificates and an Associate’s degree in Allied Health. My education and experience allow me to bring both knowledge and a nurturing, hands-on approach into the homes of the families I support. I believe postpartum care should never feel one-size-fits-all. Every parent, every baby, and every family has different needs, routines, values, and goals. My role is to walk alongside you, offer evidence-based information, provide compassionate and nonjudgmental support, and help you discover what works best for your family. Whether I’m caring for your baby while you get some much-needed rest, helping you feel more confident with newborn care, preparing something to eat, supporting you through the emotions of postpartum, or simply being a calm presence on a hard day, I want you to feel genuinely cared for. Above all, my goal is for you to feel supported, informed, rested, and confident as you settle into this new chapter. It is such a privilege to be invited into this tender season of a family’s life, and I would be honored to be part of your village.

I grew up in the high desert hills of Reno, Nevada, but as a wanderer at heart, spent many years traveling and living abroad until I landed in New York City. I worked in NYC for 7 years and am now based in Reno again as of March 2022. I am continually inspired by the landscapes of the desert and the sea! I first discovered the power of mind-body medicine through Yoga after spine surgery as a teen, which influenced my search for effective care in my own struggle with reproductive health issues. This search brought me to the study of ancient healing modalities as well as nutrition, herbal medicine and energy work. I earned a master’s degree in Integrative Health Studies, with a focus on women’s/reproductive health, at the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2015 (my master’s thesis was about infertility and spirituality). Doula work came as natural complement to my master's program as I had been supporting children and families since I was a child, nannying my way through high school and college. I initially signed up for a doula training as a way to learn more about birth culture and supporting pregnancy, but after attending my first birth knew that it was a perfect blend of all of my interests and skills. Studying and sharing fertility and pregnancy wellbeing is my passion! My goal is to offer a calm, unbiased presence and to facilitate positive reproductive experiences by connecting people to practical, evidence-based information as well as their own inner wisdom. I look forward to meeting you!

Robyn is an angel. We hired Robyn with our second baby to help with breastfeeding and maximizing sleep/ minimizing stress so we could be more present for our 5 year old and for the health of our marriage and personal sanity! She is a lactation consultant with her own calibrated scale to weigh the baby. She helped me with breastfeeding trouble shooting which was invaluable. She would also "reset" our home at night by doing laundry, dishes, cleaning up toys, and prepping our coffee and breakfast. I'll never forget waking up the first night she was here and seeing our house look so peaceful. She is a very caring and gentle person. She loves babies and loves what she does and it shows. She gave our baby snuggles and love overnight that I was too exhausted to do. She even calmed our 5 year old when she would wake up with bad dreams. Robyn was respectful of our preferences for the baby. She was a godsend and we could not have managed without her help. She is so wonderful and kind. She became part of our newborn bubble.

Cayla was there for me throughout my entire pregnancy. She was always checking in to see how things were going and how I was doing. Whenever I had a concern, she was there to talk me through my doubts. When I gave birth, she was so helpful and supportive without being overwhelming. She made sure that I was taken care of. I am so grateful for the support that Cayla has provided me throughout birth and postpartum. 15 months later, I still lean on Cayla for her knowledge and support.

Jenna is the most wonderful human and I’m grateful to have crossed paths with her in many different ways. We have girls around the same age and met when they were just babies. I’ve since taken her baby registry class when preparing to have my second child and my husband took her CPR/First Aid Class! She is an amazing teacher and is so kind. She is a wonderful resource to have in our community and I would definitely recommend her classes to anyone who is having a baby or even to those who have a family member or friends expecting a baby!
