My birth plan is to labor at home until I have contractions spaced five minutes apart or when my midwife tells me it's time. I'm an easygoing mom of two, eat healthy, and stay kind of active during the day. This is my third birth, second at the Birth Center. My last birth was fast after drinking the Midwife Brew.

I am looking for a birth doula to support and advocate for me in labor. The plan is to birth at the serenity birth center but we all know pregnancy and labor can be unpredictable. As for a postpartum doula I would be looking for help with feedings mostly and baby’s laundry.
