I need help with latching. He would latch on fine in the hospital but now he doesn’t latch or will and then immediately latch off. I’ve even got bipolar shields and still nothing. Also I have milk but when I pump nothing comes out . I would prefer a virtual visit as I am still not clear for my 6 weeks yet and I currently have HPN Medicaid

Two week old with shallow latch, has not regained birth weight. Started supplementing with expressed milk last night. Would like in home visit this week if possible, okay with in person and virtual follow-up. Budget 250-300 for initial consultation.

I'm looking for a qualified, Las Vegas based lactation consultant and additionally a pediatrician to establish care with who accepts my insurance.

I am officially one week post delivery from a C-section and my recovery is very hard. My baby latches well I really need support with figuring out pumping and getting into a consistent routine. Since I didn’t pump for several days after delivery and stopped having baby latch, I am afraid I have lost a chance at creating a supply.

Stop supplementing and do only breastfeeding. I prefer the in person consultation.

Fussy with latching, only suckles for a minute before either falling asleep or pulling off. Some pain if incorrect latch.

I’m exclusively pumping and having trouble with nipple pain and just want to see about getting the correct flange sizes I would like in person consultation, just in case I have more questions as we go. My budget is no more than $250 without insurance.

Hi, I am having issues latching my son on my left breast specifically. I talked to the lactation specialist in the hospital would like to get more help and advice if possible. If you could do home visits that would be ideal as well. Mahalo

I’m new to looking for a doula so would love to know about my options but generally I’m looking for a doula to be in the room with me during delivery at the hospital. Budget is TBD. I’d be interested in someone to support with lactation and sleep but no additional duties needed. I’m planning to get an epidural and hope to have a vaginal birth but will of course do a c-section if needed.

8 days postpartum and having a hard time getting latched and only pumping about 1 1/2 ounces at each pump. Looking for help on how to up my output and make sure I’m doing it correctly.

First baby, cant get any milk out when pumping but am seeing milk when I squeeze it out and now im on day 2 of my baby not taking to the brest and when she did it was not for brest long she would fall asleep or get upset. It took a while for her to latch at first and now I don't know what to do and feel like giving up but I don't want my daughter only taking formula! I want her off the formula! I am a first time mom pregnant with twins and will need all the support I can get with my plan to breastfeed both babies. I am currently under tricare prime but plan to switch to select in open season (November 2026). I am hoping to find someone :) Thank you!
