Hi, I’m Nicole—postpartum doula, former teacher, and mom of two. I support families in the early days after birth with hands-on care, emotional support, and real-life guidance that meets you where you’re at. Whether I’m folding laundry, helping with newborn care, or making sure you’ve had a meal today, my goal is always the same: to help you feel calmer, more capable, and more connected to yourself and your baby. My approach is rooted in trust—trusting your instincts, your pace, and your process. You won’t find judgment here. Just honest, down-to-earth support for one of the biggest transitions of your life. When I’m not working with families, you’ll find me outside with my kids, practicing martial arts, or curled up with an herbal tea and a good thriller book.

Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Hourly In-Person Doula Services (Daytime)

Doula services in your home between the hours of 8am-8pm

$30 USD · Per hour

In-Person Doula Services (Overnight)

Doula services in your home for 8 hours overnight. I'll will care for the baby so you can sleep! If you're nursing, I'll bring baby to you for feedings & then handle the rest!

$300 USD · Flat rate

Virtual Doula Services (per week)

Unlimited text & audio messaging with a professional postpartum doula. This also includes up to 1 hour of video or phone calls within your paid week.

$60 USD · Flat rate

What to expect

I provide in-home (day & night) and virtual postpartum doula support, including newborn care, feeding guidance (breast, bottle, or combo), meal prep, light housework, and emotional support. Whether you need a nap, a shower, or someone to help you make sense of newborn life—I’m here to ease the load and support you as you find your rhythm.
