Sandy Petriccione
About me
I am a Postpartum Doula certified through Childbirth International. I have a large extended family and have always been used to being around and working with children. For 3 years I worked as a child and school photographer traveling school to school in the tristate area. With all of this, I felt that I could best support families in a different way and decided to become certified as a Doula. I find comfort in supporting families in a comprehensive and holistic way. I look forward to opportunities to support any type of family in the community. When I am not working I enjoy backpacking, photography, and spending time with family.

I offer BOTH daytime and overnight support! My role is to nurture and support the birthing person, partner, and newborn with a blend of emotional care, practical help, and evidence-based guidance. Services include: -Newborn care support (feeding, diapering, sleep routines) -Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support -Emotional support and reassurance -Light housekeeping and meal prep -Sibling support and family adjustment -Referrals to local professionals as needed (lactation consultants, therapists, etc.) Every family’s needs are unique, and I tailor my care to ensure you feel confident, cared for, and never alone in this transition.
