I'm Victoria — a DONA-certified birth and postpartum doula, Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) Candidate, Hypnobabies Hypnobirthing Instructor, and trained in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy & Acupressure! My journey into birth work began with my own transformative postpartum experience as a mother, which inspired me to support others through the deeply personal and powerful seasons of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. I take a wholistic approach that centers each family’s unique needs with care and compassion. With a strong focus on maternal mental health and emotional well-being, I’m a dedicated advocate for informed, empowered choices and gentle, supportive care. I believe that when we nurture the mother, we nurture the entire family — and it’s my honor to hold space for both the beauty and the challenges of this life-changing journey.

Empowered Motherhood Co offers holistic, family-centered support for every stage of your journey — from pregnancy through postpartum. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating early feeding, or adjusting to life with a new baby, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassionate, evidence-based care. **Birth Support** I provide continuous, personalized support during labor and birth. This includes up to 5 prenatal visits to prepare for your birth experience, on-call availability, and a postpartum visit to process your experience and offer continued support. **Lactation & Feeding Support** I offer guidance with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, and all things infant feeding. Whether you're facing challenges or just want reassurance, I’m here to support you with practical help and judgment-free care. **Postpartum Support** My postpartum doula care is centered around nurturing you as a new parent. I provide emotional support, newborn care guidance, feeding assistance, and help with the day-to-day so you can rest, recover, and bond with your baby. (currently only taking postpartum clients that I have worked with as birth clients) **Hypnobabies Hypnobirthing Classes** I teach comprehensive childbirth education using self-hypnosis techniques for a more comfortable, empowered birth. My group and private class options help you and your partner prepare for a calm, confident birth experience. **Craniosacral Fascial Therapy** I offer gentle, energy work that supports the nervous system and releases fascial restrictions to promote balance, comfort, and healing. My individualized and family-centered sessions are designed to help you feel relaxed, supported, and more connected to your body’s natural ability to restore and regulate.
