I offer emotional, physical, and informational support across pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, blending holistic comfort techniques like movement, and breathwork with deep advocacy and presence. As a mum of three and someone who’s walked this path myself, been birth partners several times, I bring lived experience, professional training, and heartfelt empathy to every birth space. My approach is inclusive, culturally sensitive, and rooted in trust. I believe every birthing person deserves to feel safe, seen, and empowered and I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.
Empowered Arrival offers personalised doula support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I provide emotional, physical, and informational care, blending holistic comfort techniques like movement, massage, and breathwork. 10/10 Experience! Working with Lakisha from Empowered Arrival during my pregnancy was one of the best decisions I made.
