I can’t recommend Alora at Zenlena Partum Care enough! She supported me through my prenatal care, labor, birth, and postpartum journey, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better doula. She helped me prepare for labor, guided me through laboring at home for as long as possible, and kept me feeling calm, informed, and confident every step of the way. She also made sure my partner knew exactly how to support me by teaching him countermeasures, which made such a difference during labor. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. Her support didn’t stop after delivery she continued to check in and make sure I was doing well. If you’re looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive doula, I highly recommend Alora at Zenlena Partum Care. I would choose her again without hesitation. 10/10!

She is truly amazing at what she does. From the very beginning, she provided so much support, reassurance, and care throughout the pregnancy and birth journey. She created such a safe and comforting environment and always made sure concerns were heard and respected.

My experience with Alora was wonderful. If I could give more stars, I would. From the very beginning, Alora guided my husband and me, as first-time parents, through finding doctors, learning about the stages of fetal development, and even showing us how to use a tennis ball and a rebozo to relieve stress on a pregnant body. At the same time, I was pregnant, I was able to create a birth plan with her, and for an additional fee, she offered her cleaning services since I was overwhelmed, and she had my home ready to receive a baby. Alora also provided us with many local resources and events. Even after my child was born, she still came by and still checks in on us. We really love Alora; she is a stellar doula.

Do you offer postpartum support only?
Yes! Postpartum care is one of my specialties. Whether you need daytime help or overnight support, I meet you where you are. Clients have the option to pick directly from packages offered or create their own within their budget.
What does a meet and greet include?
Your complimentary meet and greet is a chance for us to connect, discuss your needs, go over your vision for birth or postpartum, and make sure we’re a good fit for each other.
Can you work with my midwife or hospital team?
Absolutely. I prioritize a team-based approach and can coordinate with your providers to support a smooth and aligned experience.
Do you help with things beyond baby care?
Yes. I offer light support like meal prep guidance, organization, and creating a calm, functional home environment so you can focus on healing and bonding.
What if I’m not sure what kind of support I need yet?
That’s completely okay. Many clients come in unsure. We’ll figure it out together and build a plan that fits your life, your needs, and your vision.
What is your approach to birth support?
My approach is holistic, non-judgmental, and centered around your autonomy. I provide education, comfort measures, and emotional support so you feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.
Do you support high-risk pregnancies, NICU families, or loss?
Yes. I offer compassionate support for high-risk pregnancies, NICU stays, and families navigating loss, always meeting you with care, sensitivity, and respect.
