About me

Hi, I am a trained full-spectrum doula and placenta encapsulation specialist based in Winston-Salem, NC. I service the triad and surrounding areas. I am certified as a birth and postpartum doula, advanced breastfeeding counselor, and childbirth educator. I believe knowledge is power and strive to empower families with the knowledge to give informed consent and make informed decisions for themselves and their families. I am a wife and mother  and also hold bloodborne pathogen certification as well as CPR, first aid and AED certified for adults, infants, and children. I have a passion for all things pregnancy, birth, and lactation. I look forward to supporting you (and your partner) to help achieve your goals.
