I’m going to do a hospital birth, I want someone who can help advocate for what I want during labor and delivery (unmedicated)as well as after baby is born, like what vaccines I want and delayed cord clamping till it is white. I’m not sure on a budget but someone who is flexible and do payment plans

I plan to give birth at a birthing center. I’m looking for quotes and don’t necessarily have an estimated budget. I want to have an unmedicated birth with support from a doula and midwife — who are ideally Black. I’d like providers that have experience, especially with clients who have trauma history. I am 31 years old and nonbinary. I am looking for care and support prenatal, during birth, and after. My insurance provider is Carefirst, an HMO plan.

Last week I had an unexpected appendectomy and I’m now limited in my activities and how much weight I can carry (10 pounds). We are seeking daytime postpartum doula support, particularly over the next two or three weekends if that’s possible. Howard Hospital $3000 Provider must be Black with at least 5 years of experience, over 40 and has experience with women of advanced maternal age. Must be available for labor/delivery and postpartum Prefer someone who does light cleaning, is a sleep and lactation consultant.

looking for a doula and postpartum doula (maybe nightime support), for a disabled mother (incomplete paraplegia). She walks with crutches but has a wheelchair. Giving birth at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital. Insurance coverage - Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Hoping to have a vaginal birth. Kneeling birthing position (not on back unless absolutely necessary). Unable to have an epidural. Hospital has minimal pain management options (maybe some local because I asked about it. No to nitrous, they don't do that here, mixed opiate if absolutely necessary. If C-section is required, general anesthesia is necessary.) Mother, former nanny, will be at the hospital for the birth.
