I love helping birthing people and their partners discover the magic of Birth Days. I love helping them realize that they have a voice in how the story of this day will go. Women are strong and when we educate them we empower them. I became a doula in 2019 and feel tremendous gratitude for each couple who has let me join them on their treasured day. I have 5 babies of my own, and was a gestational carrier for my last pregnancy. Each baby was born in their own unique way. I do not believe there is one right way to birth, rather there is one right way to treat the mother— with respect.

My first encounter with Chiropractic care was after a sports injury in high school. Something about it stuck because I got both a Bachelor's and a Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. During my internship, I witnessed firsthand how chiropractic can help kids. It was then that I realized the potential chiropractic care had to help so many people. That was how I developed a passion to care for children, pregnant parents, and families through wellness and education. When I'm not in the office, I'm probably outdoors with my dogs. I love being a part of this community and I am excited to serve the people in Utah County.

I help families holistically with infant and toddler sleep challenges without the use of any type of sleep training. We start with understanding what is normal sleep behavior based on sleep science, rule out any red flags that may indicate underlying issues, and then get you some strategies to try, based on your unique family.

Oh hey- I’m Rachel! Former Special Education teacher, mama and now certified pediatric sleep consultant passionate about teaching other families how to get the sleep they need without the struggle. As a new mom, baby sleep was completely foreign to me. After months of sleepless nights and exhaustive internet searches we were finally able to solve my little girl’s sleep problems and get the sleep we all needed. As a sleep consultant, I recognize that not all babies are the same (obviously!) So why would a one-size-fits-all plan found on the internet solve your precious babe’s sleep struggles? This is where I come in. Together, we will design a plan to fit your family’s needs and schedule that is both gentle and respectful to your babies personality and developmental needs. Follow along on Instagram, or reach out directly to set up a free discovery call today. I look forward to meeting you!

After the birth of my second child, I found myself struggling with postpartum depression. Even though I had a good support system, there were many factors at play that left me feeling depressed, anxious, and like I wasn't a good mom.  Thankfully, I was able to receive appropriate care and I was soon feeling better! I felt so incredibly loved and held as I did the work to recover. Because of the wonderful support I experienced from the birth and postpartum world, I decided to transition from my former career of 16 years as a veterinary technician. I am currently in the process of becoming certified as a postpartum doula through CAPPA and I am so excited to continue supporting the new families in my community!

Hello, my name is Bizza and I am a birth and postpartum doula located in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am so passionate about birth and empowering birthing people with support and knowledge so they are fully equipped for whatever childbirth brings their way. My background is all things babies, from being a professional nanny to doula work, to being an Auntie to so many children. Knowledge is power and there are so many unknowns in childbirth. It is my joy and desire to equip birthing people with enough knowledge and support that when the unknowns come up, and they will, you are not blindsided. Rather, you are able to make educate, informed decisions. In my free time I enjoy reading, tending to my plants, baking, and gaming with my friends.

Elizabeth was an incredible support during both my birth and postpartum experience with my third baby. During labor, she was constantly by my side—rubbing my back, helping me stay comfortable, and bringing such a calm, reassuring presence. After birth, she even made sure I had a clean, dry bra, which felt like such a small but deeply thoughtful act of care in that moment. Postpartum, Elizabeth was truly invaluable. I was healing from a sprained pelvis and could barely walk after birth, and she stepped in seamlessly to support our entire family. She took wonderful care of my two older children—getting them snacks, playing with them, and making sure they felt safe and loved. I always knew they were in great hands. She also made sure I was fed and hydrated, snuggled my newborn when I needed time to connect with my older kids, and supported me with so much kindness and attentiveness. Elizabeth went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for her care. I couldn’t recommend her more highly to any family looking for a compassionate, dependable birth and postpartum doula.

I’m a childbirth doula and registered nurse with an innate desire to support other women in the most beautiful and loving way possible. I have a medical background with a holistic mindset and desire that every woman have a nurturing and fulfilling birth and postpartum experience. I believe this is the most amazing work we can do as women….supporting others and having babies!

Recent review

Alyssa was the best birthing partner/assistant I could've hoped for. It was my first birth, and it was long (spanned over 3 days) and HARD. She was with me through the whole thing, and even came to some of my doctor's appointments with me. She taught my husband how to support me and they created the best team together. Alyssa used different modalities to help me feel comfortable. I especially liked the tens unit, counter pressure, and massage. I couldn't have survived as long as I did without those. Alyssa came weeks before my birthing time to help with any questions or concerns I had so that I felt prepared. I also felt more confident having her at the hospital because she is a nurse and knows how to advocate for her clients. And let me just throw this out there because I believe in honest reviews. Alyssa was affordable because she believes every woman should have the support they need. She went above and beyond what I ever expected. There are expensive doulas out there... a bigger price tag does not always mean quality. You will not regret having Alyssa as your doula.

Chelsea is an amazing Doula! She was with us for 20+ hours during the birth of our first son. She knew what I needed and stepped into action even when I was not able articulate what I needed through the process. She was a calming presence in the room and provided so much peace, comfort, and encouragement. She is a gift and amazing! Highly recommend Chelsea for doula services as she is truly amazing - we would have been lost through the process without her!!

Kylee was the most amazing doula I have ever had! I would pay her prices any day to have her! She was always so quick to answer any questions I had. The day of the labor she showed up so quick I couldn’t believe it! If I didn’t have her support during the labor I don’t know what I would have done. She helped me with counter pressure and tens unit that was a total game changer! I dilated all the way to a 7 with her help before I got the epidural! Her class was also the best! I’m so glad my husband and I could go together and feel so prepared for our labor. She was the best support and I felt instantly connected to her on our first intro call through zoom! Even though I didn’t know her that well I felt so comfortable around her! I would highly recommend Kylee and I tell all my pregnant friends about her and her class! Hypnobabies also really helped me have a great mind set for my labor!

As both our nanny and daughter's preschool teacher she held a valuable role in our family's life. She has shown dedication and care to our two children. She helped create a nurturing and fun environment that encouraged our children to explore, learn, and grow. She is patient, hard working, kind, and creative. Hello! My name is Lavinia, and I’m a mother who has personally experienced the profound journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. I started my journey as a Reiki Therapist over ten years ago. After some personal trauma in my life in 2017 I started learning therapy specific to survivors of abuse. In 2020 I became a doula, but took my last birth in 2022 to focus on my education as a nurse. My goal is to become a trauma-informed midwife helping women and survivors have honored births.

Robyn has been a God-send for us. More effective than our doctors have been and more proactively helpful than a therapist. I have recommended her to several friends, even my close friends.
