I help families holistically with infant and toddler sleep challenges without the use of any type of sleep training. We start with understanding what is normal sleep behavior based on sleep science, rule out any red flags that may indicate underlying issues, and then get you some strategies to try, based on your unique family.

Let’s hop on the phone and chat about your sleep concerns. This call is meant to empower you with education about what’s normal, reassurance, and any suggested specialists that may be of support (i.e. an IBCLC, Pediatrician, body work specialist, mental health provider etc.). You can ask all your questions and I’ll give you some strategies to try on your own based on your unique family.
What to expect
I provide virtual hourly calls and have freebies, guides and e-books on my website. Please note I’m an occupational therapist but my sleep consulting business does not operate under my OT license.
