I’m Franciska Farkas, a Board Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Certified Full Spectrum Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, integrative pelvic floor specialist, and Yoga, meditation, and breath work teacher of over 20 years. My doula practice is grounded in evidence-based research as well as traditional practices from Ayurveda, the holistic medicine system of India.
