About me
As a full-spectrum doula, my purpose is to hold space for pregnant people through the profound journey of creating life - offering compassionate support during the prenatal, birth, and postpartum stages. I am here to help them reclaim their voice, reconnect with their creativity, and step into their inherent power as they navigate not only the physical aspects of birth but the emotional and spiritual transitions of life. Through every stage, I aim to empower them to feel seen, heard, and deeply supported in their transformation. I am committed to educating and uplifting my clients by sharing the rich history of Black women in birth work, ensuring that their stories are included in the broader narrative. I empower people to write and reclaim their own birth narratives, allowing their voices to be heard and honoring the legacy of Black women in this sacred space.

Service introduction
What I Offer as Your Full-Spectrum Doula Every person’s reproductive journey is unique, and I’m here to walk beside you through each phase with compassion, empowerment, and care. My services include: IVF & Fertility Support I provide emotional, logistical, and informational support throughout your IVF journey — from embryo transfer to follow-ups. Whether it’s helping you understand your options, managing expectations, coping with stress, or advocating for your needs with clinics, I’m here as your steady guide. Prenatal Care Together, we’ll prepare for your birth and beyond. This includes helping you craft a birth vision, explore prenatal comfort techniques, and navigate any fears or concerns. I also support you in building your plan for postpartum — feeding, rest, and healing — so you feel confident entering labor. Continuous Labor & Delivery Support When the big moment arrives, I’ll be by your side throughout labor and birth — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. From helping with comfort measures and positions, advocating for your preferences, to ensuring you feel heard, seen, and empowered — I’m committed to helping you birth on your terms. Postpartum Care After baby arrives, the journey doesn’t end—it shifts. I support your physical recovery, assist with infant feeding, help you settle into new routines, and offer emotional care as you adapt to your new life as a parent. I also help create a resting, nourishing environment for you and your family. If any part of this feels right for you, I’d love to talk more about how we can work together to shape a supportive, tailored experience.
