Rooted Support – Birth Prep Only

Perfect for those who want guidance, information, and emotional support leading up to their birth. Includes: 2 Prenatal Sessions (virtual or in-person) Customized Birth Plan Assistance Birth Education + Evidence-Based Resources Email/Text Support (M–F, 10am–6pm) Resource Referrals (prenatal yoga, massage, mental health, etc.)

Full Bloom – Birth Support Package

Holistic care before, during, and after birth, with continuous labor support. Includes: 2–3 Prenatal Visits (in-home or virtual) On-call Support from 38 Weeks Continuous Labor Support (home, birthing center, or hospital) Physical + Emotional Support Techniques (breathwork, massage, positioning, affirmations) 1 Postpartum Visit (within 1 week of birth) Access to Lending Library & Digital Resources Unlimited Text/Email Support during On-Call Period

Sacred Nest – Full Spectrum Care

Comprehensive doula care across fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Includes: 1 Fertility/Conception Support Session (optional) 3 Prenatal Visits Birth Plan Creation + Advocacy Prep On-call Support from 37 Weeks Full Labor + Birth Support 2 Postpartum Visits (includes healing support, light meal prep, lactation guidance, emotional processing) Herbal Sitz Bath + Postpartum Nourishment Kit Unlimited Phone/Text Support from 36 Weeks to 4 Weeks Postpartum 10% off Additional Services (i.e., placenta encapsulation, belly binding, birth photography)
